Giving Effective Feedback

A little know fact is that if a leader avoids giving feedback they increase their stress levels and their own chance of burning out.

What is does for the team member is that they miss out on a learning opportunity and a change to perform better. The client also misses out. A manager or leader giving feedback is what I call a win/win/win activity.
