Faster, clearer and with less burnout

Coaching Might Not Be the Solution You’re Looking For—But It Might Be the Answer You Need

When I first met my partner, I asked him something, and he answered in a way that he knew I wouldn’t like, but it was what I needed to hear. I trusted him more after that. There is something so good about having a considered neutral person there to give you the response you need.

My clients like my no BS approach, and they say it is also kind.

When a client of mine suggested to her team member that what they were doing wasn’t working and she wanted to procure me to help her, her team member wasn’t happy. She thought she should be able to make the changes herself. But she had had 4 months, and nothing had changed.

Let’s be honest—no one’s sitting around googling, “I need a coach.”

  • You’re probably searching for clarity.
  • Or wondering how to navigate a difficult piece of feedback.
  • Or feeling overwhelmed in a new leadership role.
  • Or trying to hold steady while leading a team that works with vulnerable clients.
  • You want solutions, confidence, direction—not necessarily a coach.
  • But coaching can be the way to get there—faster, clearer, and with less burnout.

Blindspots.

I’ve worked with people who were blindsided by complaints or conflict at work. Coaching helped them understand what was really going on, shift their mindset, and respond—not react. It became a circuit breaker. A way back to confidence and credibility.

New team or project for traction

Others come because they’ve just stepped into leadership, taken on a project, or inherited a team. They need space to think, talk it through, and land on the right strategy for them. A coach becomes a sounding board, accountability partner, and mirror all in one.

Reduce risk of vicarious trauma

And for those leading clinical or care teams, coaching can become a form of supervision. A way to stay steady while supporting others who are navigating trauma and complexity. Coaching here protects wellbeing, sharpens boundaries, and reduces the risk of vicarious trauma—before it takes a toll.

Coaching isn’t just for when things go wrong. It’s for when you want to do things better.

📊 A recent study found that coaching increased goal attainment by 70%, improved resilience and workplace wellbeing and that 86% of companies recouped their coaching investment (and more).

So no, coaching might not be the solution you’re looking for.

But it might just be the one that changes everything.

I have 3 new coaching spots. Book a time to see if there is a fit for you here.

Warmly,

Michelle

P.S. I’m also trialling micro-coaching. This is for when you want to get traction quickly. We start with a coaching session to set the goals and get to know each other. Then we can connect via a video or recorded message system to get speedy questions and answers- I will respond in up to 24 hours. Every day if you need.  It only costs $500 to set it up and then $330 monthly. Until I get the landing page sorted, just use the Booking link to see it it would work for you.
